The FieldScout app supports a feature known as “Session Scrolling“. When this feature is enabled on the Settings screen of the app, the user will be able to “scroll” the freeform and grid pages to show previous sessions for the same Course or Field.
This feature can be useful to be able to quickly compare readings across different sessions. On the other hand, if Session Scrolling is enabled while you are actively taking readings, it is easy to accidentally change sessions mid-stream and create readings in a session other than the one you had intended.
Best Practices: Always disable Session Scrolling while taking readings using the FieldScout app.
